“To lead the task of transformation in the methodology of reading, understanding and interacting with managers and business management seekers – our students – of the data, challenges and requirements of work and in their efficiency in decision-making and contributing to making and reviewing strategic decisions in the private, governmental and non-governmental sectors through a broad review of the characteristics and challenges of work and providing them with the sciences of scientific thinking and methods of scientific analysis, diversity and in-depth presentation and deliberation to face and solve business challenges and problems and lead growth. And to work to enrich the intellectual and applied movement in Kuwaiti society, meet the needs of the labor market and address its problems through scientific research, through the preparation and development of human elements, by providing scientific consultations and sponsoring professional and technical incubators.”
